Agreement to the Terms
By creating an account or using Vislan, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are a product-ready draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a commercial launch, especially for age requirements, consumer law, subscriptions, dispute rules and the jurisdictions in which Vislan operates.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your location. If Vislan offers mature or adult-only features, you must also satisfy the minimum-age requirement displayed for those features. You are responsible for accurate account information, password security and activity conducted through your account.
Your right to use Vislan
Vislan grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape at harmful scale, bypass usage limits, interfere with security, or use the service to create a competing dataset or unauthorized derivative service except where applicable law permits it.
Your content
You retain rights you already hold in original content you submit. You grant Vislan a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, display and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate and improve the service, including generating AI responses and maintaining your story memory.
Public content may be displayed to other users. Private chat content is not made public merely because you use the service.
AI-generated content
AI responses can be inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, inconsistent or unexpected. Vislan does not guarantee that generated content is true, safe for every person, original, legally usable in every context or suitable for professional decisions. You are responsible for how you use generated output.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Safety & Community Standards. You may not use Vislan to distribute malware, steal accounts, expose private data, run scams, spam community areas, evade enforcement, or publish content that violates the platform’s real-person, exploitation or harassment rules.
Moderation and account action
Vislan may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, protect the service, respond to legal obligations or prevent abuse. Severe violations may result in immediate action.
Plans, payments and advertising
Free and paid plans can have different limits and features. Paid features, prices, renewal terms and cancellation rules should be shown before purchase. Advertising may appear on eligible free-user surfaces. Pro benefits are not guaranteed forever and may evolve with reasonable notice where required.
Intellectual property
Vislan owns or licenses the service software, site design, brand, product text and original platform assets. Do not use Vislan trademarks or branding in a way that falsely implies sponsorship or affiliation.
Rights holders may contact Vislan regarding content they believe infringes copyright, trademark or other rights. Valid notices should identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and a way to contact the claimant.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vislan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect memory, error-free AI output, permanent availability of any character or compatibility with every device.
Limitation of liability
Any limitation of liability must comply with the consumer and mandatory laws that apply to you. Vislan does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A lawyer should tailor the final liability language to the legal entity operating Vislan and the countries in which it is offered.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these Terms. We may also discontinue features or the service where reasonably necessary. Users may stop using Vislan at any time and may request account deletion through available account or support tools.
